"Perfect for someone like me"
As someone who’s always juggling a bunch of things and hates constantly checking on stuff, this has been a lifesaver. It pretty much just works, and I can’t remember the last time it gave me any trouble

"Setup Was Surprisingly Easy"
I didn’t expect the setup to be as smooth as it was, but the templates made a big difference. They saved me a lot of time and helped me get everything going without feeling overwhelmed.
"Got It Set Up in No Time"
The setup was super easy and way quicker than I expected. I’m not always the most patient with new stuff, so getting it done without any hassle felt like a small win for me.
"Slow response time"
I reached out and it took a few days before I heard anything back. I was hoping for a quicker response, so that part was frustrating.

"Zapier connects pretty much everything I use"
I mainly use Zapier because it works with almost every app I already have in my day-to-day setup. Gmail, Slack, Sheets, Trello, random form tools, it usually has them covered. Some Zaps definitely take a little trial and error to get right, but the amount of integrations is "huge" and saves me from doing a lot of manual copying and pasting. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Helpful, but keep an eye on your zaps"
zapier has made my day-to-day work a lot easier. Most of my zaps run quickly, and it saves me from doing a bunch of boring copy-and-paste tasks. That said, just a heads up: don’t completely set it and forget it. I’ve had a few delays, and one task failed without me noticing right away. It’s still a solid tool overall, but I’d definitely recommend checking your important workflows now and then

"I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem..."
I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem to work right with a bunch of my apps. Like some connect, but then others just won’t, or they kind of half-connect and stop. Frustrating honestly.

"Am I the Only One Who Feels Support Wasn’t Much Help?"
Am I the only one who gets kind of frustrated when support finally replies late and then mostly just sends links? I ended up figuring it out myself after a lot of trial and error, which was a relief, but not the help I was hoping for.

"Helpful for app connections, but troubleshooting can be clunky"
Zapier has been solid for connecting different apps and keeping things moving. If you’re using it, my advice is to get familiar with the task history because that’s usually the first place I check when something breaks. Sometimes the error messages are clear enough to point you in the right direction, which is nice. Other times, though, it feels like you’re clicking around and guessing more than you should. I wish it showed more useful details upfront instead of making you dig for them. Overall, it does the job, but when a Zap fails, be prepared to spend a little time troubleshooting.

"When a zap breaks, the error message doesn’t…"
When a zap breaks, the error message doesn’t really tell me much. I end up just guessing my way through it, and the support docs haven’t helped much either.

"Pretty handy for sorting leads"
I use zapier mostly for filters and paths, and it’s been really helpful. I can send leads to different places based on what info they fill out, instead of having to do all that manually. It took me a bit to figure out how paths work, but once it clicked, it was easy. Filters are great for catching junk stuff too. It’s not perfect every single time, but it’s way better than my old setup and saves me a bunch of small annoying tasks every week.
"Pretty helpful once I figured it out"
I’m not sure if I just missed something obvious, but the setup was a bit confusing for me at first. Once I got through that, though, it definitely saved me time and made things easier overall.
"Slow Almost Every Time"
The actions take forever to run almost every time I use it. Once in a while I could understand, but when it keeps happening over and over, give me a break. It really slows down the whole experience.

"Free plan didn’t get me very far"
zapier worked fine for what I needed at first, but the free plan ran out really quickly. It feels like it’s only useful if you have one super basic automation and nothing else. I know companies always dress this stuff up with polished wording about “scaling your workflow” or whatever, but in practice I hit the limits fast and just stopped using it

"Helpful, but watch out for outdated screenshots"
The docs were clear for the most part, and I was able to get through the setup steps quickly. Just a heads up though: some of the older screenshots threw me off a bit, so don’t assume everything will look exactly the same on your screen. That said, they still helped me fix my Zaps without needing to contact support.
"Pretty much just works in the background"
I’ve been using Zapier for a handful of small workflows, and from what I can tell, it’s been really solid. I’m not checking logs every day or anything, so I can’t say I’ve tracked every single run closely, but it seems to just keep running in the background like it’s supposed to. I remember maybe one tiny hiccup a few months back, but overall it’s been stable and easy to forget about, which is kind of the whole point.

"It’s a good value for the price…"
It’s a good value for the price, I’m happy with what I got.
"Good at first, but got messy fast"
zapier was okay when we only use it for a couple simple automations, but once our team were adding more zaps, it got confusing quick. The cost also went up faster than I expected. it’s fine for basic stuff, but managing it at a bigger scale wasn’t great

"Easy to Manage Privacy Settings"
I was surprised how easy the privacy settings were to find. Usually I end up clicking around for way too long, like when I’m trying to find one random setting on my TV and somehow end up changing the language by accident. But this was straightforward. I actually feel more in control now, which is nice because I don’t love feeling like my info is just floating around out there.

"I was confused at first. Not…"
I was confused at first. Not gonna lie. But after making a few basic zaps, it clicked. Just test stuff. It’s not too hard. Saves me a bunch of little tasks now.
