"That's a really great system"

"This is a great tool for professionals"
This is a great tool for professionals. The level of automation it provides is outstanding. I've integrated all the platforms I use with the help of a support team member from on of the companies I use. But I was able to automate a lot of simple tasks and free a lot of time to generate more clients and focus on sales. I would only ask them to make it easier to use for the average user, because I had a hard time setting up the Zaps, testing and linking accounts.

"ZAP cannot be relied upon."
Have created a new ZAP. When tested Zap could not define the latest post. As a result, in FB was created one of the old posts. When I create a new post - Zap does not trigger.
Wrote to help.
They send me an answer: "Regarding this issue on the ground, you are being affected by a bug in the WordPress integration where this error shows after the Zap triggers.".
Some time has passed and the "bug" is not resolved.
WordPress is the most used CMS. If they can not fix the issue connected to it fast, Imagine how long will it take with other integrations.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. We paid for a year, but due to Zapier's awfull configuration, we wanted to cancel or downgrade. NO REFUNDS after 30 days! Be aware - it looks like Zapier will take your money anyway, but will not stand behind the product.
Would recommend Zoho Flow as alternative. Zapier is absolute shambles.

"Dreadful customer service"
Dreadful customer service. The operatives are friendly and try to help, but unless you pay $299/month for the Team plan it's email support only.

It takes days to get things resolved and becomes very stressful. Find another supplier if you can.

"Doubled the price for expired credit card…"
Doubled the price when my credit card expired. When my credit card expired, they forced me to take a plan at double the price after 3 years as a loyal customer. From $15/mo to $30/mo for one small zap. I always had thought they were innovative and ahead of their time. Very unimpressed at this moment. I am waiting to hear back from customer service and I will update this review when I do. They already responded once that they were unable to do anything.

"Reading these reviews has put me off"
Reading these reviews has put me off.

I wanted to call them to speak to someone but as is often the case there is no phone number to speak to somebody for 5 mins.

If they won't take calls to sell me their product, its unlikely they will take support calls either. Binned this idea and gone to Docusign like everyone else.

"Awful customer service."
Awful customer service.

A customer of 4 years and I made a mistake. The response “sorry we can’t help”. I’m not so upset about the outcome it’s the actual responses handled by the support person. It’s like he wasn’t human, no compassion, nothing. Horrible

"The customer service is at its worst"
The customer service is at its worst: no chat option, phone support, or email support for days. I would never recommend this company to any entrepreneur. Prices - skyrocketing, but service is less than zero. We paid for a year, but due to Zapier's problems, we wanted to cancel or downgrade. NO REFUNDS after 30 days! Be aware - it looks like Zapier will take your money anyway, but will not stand behind the product. The offer is a pro-rated service. Means stick with us for another 4 years, (that's how much we paid to start with) maybe you will start liking us. Should have researched the other experiences before spending the money.

"No refunds after 30-days"
Zapier is an excellent platform for business. Be sure and read the terms of agreement. They only offer pay in full. If you find that the platform is no longer needed and it is after 30-days they keep all of the pay-in-full amount. Great set up for Zapier.

"Great product with Great support."
Zapier is a must-have for any digital agency. The ability to connect over 5000 apps with each other is incredible.

We use Zapier on a daily bases to process leads and support requests.

Talking about the support their product is so amazing I only needed support once and they delivered. Support answered my request quickly and provided all the answers I needed.

"Service is good but if you don't want…"
Service is good but if you don't want it they don't make it clear which plan you have at a glance. You see for example free plan and you are convinced you have free plan until they charge you. So be carful when you want to downgrade and make sure you have free plan selected from list of options, not just a stand alone phrase, when you don't want it anymore.
